Some games are worth playing. Others are worth winning.
So I’ve always been the type that’s like, “you show me, I’ll show you.” Not me first... you first. That’s just how I move.
One time at work, me and two coworkers (a girl and a guy) went out for lunch — you know, had a couple little drinks, got a little flirty.
When we got back, we were up in the office. I was feelin’ it, he was feelin’ it — and I looked at him like, “Let me see.”
He’s like, “What do you mean?” And I hit him with, “You know.”
He hesitated at first, but I gave him that line: “You show me, I’ll show you.”
And he did.
...But I didn’t. 😏
This is the same coworker that always wants to play in my hair. Constantly touching it, twirling it, like he needs an excuse to be close.
The catch? I never planned to show him anything. But he definitely showed me. I played the game, but I played it better. 💅🏽
