I Meant It When I Said You Could Go
Permission doesn’t mean permission to cheat. It means space to be real.
Let me say this clearly, I’ve always been okay with hall passes. I’ve never needed one, never used one, but I’ve always meant it when I said, “You could go.”
It’s not about cheating. It’s not about something missing. It’s about desire raw, unpredictable, and human — not being shoved into a closet of shame and silence.
If stepping out (with honesty, rules, and intention) brings you back more present, more curious, more alive in us… then what’s the harm? If you’re still mine when the sun comes up, I can make room for a little midnight wandering.
We can be monogamous and still make room for play. One doesn’t cancel the other, not in my world.
This isn’t a one post wonder. In the coming weeks, I’ll share more:
- Why It Works (When It Works)
- What My Rules Are
- The First Time I Brought It Up
- So Why Haven’t I Used Mine?
Consider this your invitation to stay curious. This is where it starts.
Would you take the pass? Or would you rather not know?
